Price per month cleaned up:     $150–$250 per month depending on volume. 

Q: What if my business has more than 250 transactions per month?
A: No problem at all. Businesses with higher transaction volume receive a customized quote based on complexity and workload. I’ll review your needs during our consultation and provide transparent pricing upfront.

Q: How do payments work?
A: Monthly retainer clients are billed on the 1st of each month via QuickBooks Payments or Zelle.
For one-time projects (such as setup or cleanup), a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

Q: When will I receive my financial reports?
A: Monthly financial reports are delivered by the 10th of the following month.
Cleanup projects are completed within the agreed timeline, which will be clearly outlined before the project begins.

Q: Which accounting software do you use?
A: I specialize exclusively in QuickBooks Online to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and streamlined reporting.
